Taekwondo will take part in the 6th Reykjavik International Games (RIG Games) 2013 which will be held in Reykjavík, Iceland, on 19th and 20th January 2013. We offer both Kyorugi and Poomsae for Cadets, Junior, Senior and Veteran.
This is perfect opportunity to prepare for other championships and at the same time explore the Volcano country in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, you will not be disappointed!
For the Kyorugi competition Electronic Body Protectors from Daedo will be used for all groups. Daedo is the official WTF recognized EBP and will be used for all the competition areas.
We aim at providing high quality organization and competition, with good international referees. It is our aim to have high level of transparency, fair play & impartiality for athletes.

The city of Reykjavík will for the sixth time welcome sports participants to a multisport
competition in Laugardalur, the Valley of Sport, taking place in January 2013.
Now for the first time the games will be held over two weekends from 18th to 27th of
January. The Taekwondo Tournament
Athletes will compete at a high level in various sports in world class facilities. Opening and
closing ceremonies among other things will keep the athletes happy and entertained and
they will also have the opportunity to visit Reykjavík, The Capital of Iceland with all it’s sights
and sounds. If lucky you might also see the northern lights. All further information about
